The cool, coastal and remote LimarĂ Valley is located a few hundred miles north of Santiago. This unique locale is within miles of the good old (and cold) Pacific Ocean. So?

Within this valley is the perfect climate and set of conditions for the production of taut, mineral-laden white wines. Our proof is the Merino Chardonnay, a Chilean white that tastes like a Cru-level Chablis. This level of chalky, citric intensity is rarely seen in New World Chardonnay at any price. The 2012 vintage has only gotten more dazzling with a few years under its belt- which is very good news for all involved.
Citrus oil, broken sea shells, ripe pear, roasted almond, nougat.

Intense minerality like French Chablis, chalky, baked lemon and pear flesh succulence.
